my tier 1 visa has been refused but I have no right of appeal because my application came back as invalid because of declined payment, now I have bank letter explained about declined payment....I have decided to ask court for right of appeal on the basis of Bank Letter....I just wana know how long does it take to get Right of Appeal ? please share you experience and knowledge..would be really helpful....is really urgent.....thanks

Yes I've asked court for right of appeal....is there any one who got right of appeal on declined payment issue & how long did it take thanks

Yes I did get the right of appeal for refused application which was returned as invalid earlier..
If you submitted the bank letter confirming you had money available n no payment request was made by ukba, thn you're likely to get right of appeal. It takes normal FTT procedure timing which I believe is around 4 weeks.
