New passport-EU1 application

Hi,

I renewed my non-EU passport as it was going to expire in September 2014 and got the latest passport recently.

I am on temporary stamp 4 for 6 months, my application for Stamp4EUFAM is in EU treaty rights office, do I have to send EU treaty rights my latest passport? Or shall i just wait for 5 years stamp letter (decision is due in June 2014) and take the latest passport to Garda once i have the permission for 5 years stamp?
What do you suggest?
