New rule affect me? flr(M) post or PEO

Post by esmsi » Thu Mar 20, 2014 12:38 pm

I got ILR feb 2014 (Student--PSW-Tier1 -10 years ILR).
My wife ,came 2008, is tier1 dependant visa till Nov 2014. I already applied nationalization for my uk born child.

I saw some thread about rule change which is not clear to me.
So I apply post flr(M) and after flr(m) post set(M) ,is it OK?

I think it's better as you can read in 10 years topic how payment decline are creating problem for them, just write in other info that u will post certificate as soon as you received it.attach the recipes of test taken .
