Croydon PEO Self employed ( limited company & Salary)

Post by chowkal » Mon Mar 31, 2014 10:48 pm

Dear Folks,
Its my time turn to share the good news.
I had a sucessfull ILR Approval this morning on my ILR application from Tier 1 General.

Appointment at 8:45 reached by 8:20 and was allowed inside at 8:20
Took the token and waited for to be called at 9:00, and registered for Bio Metric by a newbie who took one hour for the process to complete and got over by 10:00
Called for Bio metric at 10:00 and case worker assinged by 10:30

Got the approval at around 12 noon and it was through a consultant.

I was meeting the requirement on both Salary and Dividend as well.

Also, I was told that all conviction will be known to home office during Bio Metric Process itself, and if that gets through you are clear of any conviction..

Any queries, please feel free to ask. However, I didnt fill my form and I only signed, as my cosultant did everything.

I owe him 750 Plus VAT only afer I get my Bio Metirc cards ( 3 +1)

Thanks

Congratulations and thanks for sharing your experience.

Quick questions:

1. What kind of attire are most of the applicants in? (Smart casual or formal)
2. As the application processing can take up to four hours, am I allowed to bring a sandwich or two with me? (Unfortunately have a few allergies)

Thanks

Congrats...

Can't believe you have paid that much to a consultant... waste of money... there were much cheaper and safer ways...

hi many congrats for your successful ILR

I have a short question.

I am bit confused about. Any one applies are Oct 2013 now have to show life in uk test result and language test results.

As you know we did showed our IELTS(Expired) Results before in extension . I have already passed life in uk test but wondering do i really need to go for ESOL? when i see that most of people who showed the language proficient by IELTS and Degree certificate(showing the medium of education was english) before they are not going for Language test at all.

Do you recommend me to go for ESOL test or just claim points for english language as we did at extension time and attach all my degree cert, ielts(exp) and document from uni stating medium of instruction was English.

Please Clarify.

Thanks, It will be great if you can reply me on this please

@ Amu
I don't thin EOASL is required your IELTS and Life in UK test will meet the requirement. nothing to worry at all, it's nott what we think. home office is there to give visas for all genuine people. so dont worry at all. If you are salaried person, you will get the visa stamped sooner that self epmloyed or limited company.

Good luck mate
