Dependant ILR for Settled person Help Needed

Hi Can some one help on my query please.

I was on Tier1 General Visa and became PR holder last week.

My Wife initially came to UK on Tier1 Dependant in 2011 and went back to INDIA in 2012 for Delivery.
her Visa got Expired, And came back to UK in 2013 after Applying Tier1 dependant again.

Now She completed 2 years in UK , I am planning to Apply ILR for her, But have some doubts on first entry clearance.
My Question is How Home office will consider my wife's first entry clearance ,Is that 2011 as she first got her visa and enter uk.

Can some please assist me.
