how to do group/single appointment for all dependants only?

hi,

I would like to book tier1 general dependent extension applications for my wife and child together. Main applicant is not applying at the same time. [main applicant holds ILR already].

I could not see an option to book an appointment together for them. Should I book two separate appointments?

Please would you advice?
