when to apply for tier 4

Hi,

On the new gov website, It says one can apply for a tier 4 visa 3 months before travel date. However on UKCISA website it says 3 months before the start date of the course.

Could you please point out which one is correct. Has UKBA changed the rules ? I will be applying from overseas and my course start date is 29 sept 2014. When can I apply for tier 4 ?

You can apply after 29 June 2014
