A very big thanks Olasunkanmi and to all others as well.

I got BRP delivered in house but documents (passports and rest)I collected this morning from Post office that was signed for.
Razi123 I would appreciate if you can through some light on my query about Dependence Maintenance Question I posted yesterday as I think your dependents has also applied
I maintained 1800 pounds for more than 3 months(600x3 dependents I m in UK since 2010) Can I use this. This is the same account I used for £900 maintenance for myself.

@ishfaqsangra i guess u need £1800 for your dependant visa and that need to be maintain for 90 days.

600 is for those dependant who are in uk fot more than 12 and applying to switch to tier 1 dependant.

Hope it clear .... So if u have 3 dependant than u need 1800 x3 not 600 x3 .... This is my understanding to maintenance but wait for other replies too.

Regards

Thanks for the reply.

That 12 month period to achieve established presence in UK is for the Main applicant not for dependents. It is clearly written in guidence that if the main applicant is in UK for less than 12 months than its £1800.

If main applicant got established presence its £600 if not its £1800 so I am in UK since March 2010 so it is definitely £600 .(I think they take overall stay period not in particular category).

Just thinking to transfer maintenance funds to another account and wait for 3 months.

May be u r right as i said that was my understanding ..... But does that apply to out of country application as well??

If i was u i wouldnt leave any soubt abt anything and will go with calculation of 1800 instead of 600 just to be on safe side as we all knw how good and competent ukba is.

Good luck

Regards
