Call for Gandhigiri with HSMP team and homeoffice

Post by kck9 » Thu Jul 19, 2007 5:14 pm

Guys,

Recently I have seen some news that some NRI people started sending flowers by saying thanks for changing rules to US Citizenship and Immigration Services as they haven't accepted the applications for green card etc...,

This showed some promising results as the team director offered expedited processing for H1-B visa holders.

I think this is best way to protest the change of HSMP rules as they have changed the rules suddenly without any proper plans. Now they are keep on jotting up some extra point and releasing the new versions of guidance notes.

hahaha....

what do you say guys..........cheer up. start sending flowers.........

good luck for your applications.......

Hi Kck9,

Seems a good idea though ,but its not worth it for HSMP.

H1b has become quite a struggle, but always fair & flat rules.

Already we waste 400pound for applciation .dont spend extra 1 pound for flowers.

If ur n't married try those flowers for it :) :P

Cheers

How many people do you think will send the flowers along with you?

The recent petition has had approx 476 signatures which is less than 2% of 40,000, which have been claimed by the HSMP forum as effected by the new rules.

Gandhi-giri will not work with HSMP team. They are too stubborn for that.

Looks like the court has refused the HSMP JR application.

Where did you get this news? The VBSI forum says that the new date is for Dec and their solicitors are trying to get an early date.
