Hi neesh
Thank you for your reply
I didn't claim 5 points as I am not sure whether I can claim.
I work in UK for 8 months and 4 months in Europe.
I am using the old set(o) form as well, my appointment is on 11/4/14 all the best for you

Shace - My appointment is on the 12th and I'm also submitting these docs, also claiming 5 points from UK experience. Are you in Tier (1) General throughout. Do you have any dependent ? If not, are you submitting any Cohab. doc or address proof doc.

Hello, I am applying for my ILR (2 Dependants - Wife and Daughter) on 11-04-14. What document is needed to show that I earn 75 points from Table B? Could someone help me with the final checklist of documents I need to provide? My list is as below -
Covering Letter from Main Applicant (Me)
Passports & BRP's of myself and dependants
Life in the UK Pass letters of me & wife
Payment & Appointment confirmations
Original Marriage Certificate (Co-habitation proof) and Council Tax Letter (Showing both of our names)
12 Months pay slips
12 Months bank statements
Original Degree & Post Graduation certificate
Certificate from my college stating degree was taught in English
Letter from present employer stating that I am their employee as on today
Self Assessment for PBS Summary (Earn 75 points from Table B) (Please confirm if this is right or how do I provide this)
Photo Copies of all docs will also be provided.
Another problem is my wife has a scanned copy from her college stating that her degree from the university of mumbai was taught in ENGLISH. She has her original degree certificate too. We have applied for a NARIC assessment, but that wont come in before the 17-04-14. So if we produce this scanned copy print out as a proof for the English Language requirement - WILL THAT BE OK?
PLEASE HELP FRIENDS !!!!

Hi Shace
Is this required for people on Tier 1 (General)?
9) Employers letter stating I am an employee since the day I joined.

Hi Tier1immigrant,
I didnt submit point (9) which is the employer confirming employment and i applied on 2nd april in croydon PEO and by GODS grace my application was successful and received my biometric card today..so if you dont have one i think you dont need to worry if your applying through 5 years Tier 1 General route...i think i have come across in the forum its a must for tier 2 applicant.
Hope it helps ..
