Loans for international students

Hello I am interested in going to university in England. I have nearly all A's and have been taking honor's classes, so being excepted is not what I'm worried about. I do not have any substantial amounts of money, and I have read there are not many scholarships for international students. Is there any way for me to take out a loan for university from either an English bank or somewhere in America? (The country I am from.)

You won't be eligible for a loan from a UK bank. If you are a US national you should look into the US federal loans scheme (which I am slightly surprised that you don't know about)

And using that loan I would be able to pay for college including living? (Sorry, I havent done much other research)

You can apply for Federal Student Aid program > https://fafsa.ed.gov/. Most of the UK's universities have the access to this program.
