can wife fly from dublin to bangkok ?

hi,
my wife was recently given PR ( indefinate leave to remain ) for further 10 years, in belfast . she came her under EEA rules to reside in belfast .

she is keen to return to thailand to visit family.

can she fly from dublin, can she enter south ireland ( eire ) does she need shengen visa for this ?
