15hours free nursery

Hi,

I am on T1 visa and not eligible for public funds.

I have got twins 1.8yrs old... i have heard that there are 15hours free nurseries for 2+yrs old... does it comes in public funds? can i send my children there?

Yes, by all means. This 15 hours free nursery is available for all children regardless of their immigration status.
Well T1 Visa is a resident visa which means you are ordinarily UK resident. So don't worry and you'll be fine. My son started nursery from Jan 2014 when my ILR application was pending. Hope this will help. Thanks
