Extension for Tier-1 General Dependent - Document checklist

Hi all

I am in the process of applying for my wife's tier-1 general dependent visa extension and was hoping to verify the list of documents for this application. I have

1. Cover letter
2. PBS dependent application form
3. Dependent's passport and visa
4. (My) Main applicant's passport and visa photocopy
5. Marriage certificate
6. (My) Main applicant's Past 12 months UK bank statements to show employment and maintenance funds in the last 3 months
7. (My) Main applicant's Past 12 months payslips
8. (My) Letter from employer confirming my employment
9. Tenancy agreement (with both our names on it) as part of cohabitation proof
10. Dependents past 12 months Bank statements (same address as mine)
11. Latest electricity and council tax bills (with both our names on it)

Is this all i need or am i missing anything important. i will appreciate your quick response

Hi Neesh - Can you confirm the final checklist for dependent document checklist you applied? Also can you let me know if you applied for the visa from within UK?
