HI

My friend applied for tier 1 investor. he got funds from sale of his property. than he applied for inestor visa.

£1million is not held in bank account for 90 days coz funds was generated from sale of land.

according to publish guidance if funds are held for 90 days than u do not need to show evidence of the funds, if funds are not held for 90 days than you have to show source of funds. in his bank account money is not held for 90 days. but he got evidence that funds was generated by sale of land.

But home office sent letter to him and requested 90 days bank letter confiriming funds held in bank account.


What he will do now.

Please shed some light.
