Payslip Question - Urgent

Post by landcruiser94 » Mon Apr 07, 2014 10:10 pm

Hello guys

For payslips which are provided online, my company has stamped the print outs with the company name and address of the payroll department and someone signs under "certified"

Will this be sufficient? I have only just seen now that UKBA is asking for print outs on company letter head and where online slips are provided, the are requesting for a company letter stating the payslips are original.

Thanks for your response

regards,

I'm not sure if that is sufficient or not.
But you might want to get backup documents just in case - the payroll dept can write a summary on letterheaded paper stating how long you have worked there, what you've earned etc.

If your Company stamp and sign the Payslips then there shouldn't be any problem.

''What the payslips must show

These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. If payslips are on unheaded paper or you receive all pay slips online, you must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout.

If you send payslips, they must cover the whole period claimed (for example, if payslips are produced monthly, you must provide the payslip for each month of the period claimed)'''

But if you are even not satisfied than simply get 12 months Voucher from your company on Company letter head displaying full .
