Earnings - Dividend only - Ltd company Directors

Hi,
I was just wondering if there are any limited company directors who got their visa extended purely based on claiming dividends only (NO Salary) as their earnings.

Dividend declared for myself in the last 6 months is sufficient to meet the income requirement for my extension. I do have all the paperwork up to date ( corp tax, SATR,VAT,PAYE, client contract, client invoice, dividend vouchers, accountant letter and so on).

I do pay salary for myself just above the tax limit and have all my PAYE and NI up to date. But To avoid additional paper work I thought might just show 3 big dividend declaration in the last 6 months as income earning.

Any one who's done this, please do share your experience. It will give me some confidence.

I didnot claim my salary at all.... only dividends it works ...

and gave all other docs like company profile accountant letter invouces contract etc

Earning from any Source ( Employment ,Director of Limited Com or Self Employed ) either from combination or single source is acceptable in UKBA if its meet the requirements.
I have few of my friends they got their visas only as a Director of the Company and only as Self Employed as well.
So there shouldn't be any problem in your case.

Yes you can just show dividend as ur income but do make sure there are no outstanding tax on any of
Your income!!!
