Christ mate, ur a bit of a worrier!!
So long as u satisfy the conditions it has to be 99.9%. The conditions are, from memory:
1. You pass the financial tests although ILR holders are entitled to benefits I think.
2. Accomodation tests - ie somewhere to live.
3. Not a marriage of convienience.
So, similar to FLR but less stringent I think, since ur two years together will largely prove ur a genuine couple.
