I applied for Tier 1 (ENT) visa from PSW. The 50,000 funds were in my name but the account was jointly held with my cousin.

My application was refused as caseworker is saying thatI did not attach affidavit, legal letter and bank letter showing third party funding.

I am putting an appeal now and I am providing all the documents.

1) What are the chances that Judge will consider my new documents.
2) Is it neccessary that I should get the affidavit / declaration notairsed from notary public or a declaration attested by a solicitor will be ok.

Yes you supposed to send those documentation with your application until unless you are applying as a team. Silly mistake. Its depends on judge to be honest how he/she takes your case. But you have to send all above mentioned documentation to defend your case.
