Doubts while filling VAF1 form

Hi,
Please clear my doubts regarding the VAF1 form

1. In section 1: What type of visa are you applying for.I am filling "Other" as HSMP. Please correct if it's wrong.
2. Section 5.3 : Why are you going to the UK? Please suggest what to put here?anything specific?
3. 6.4/6.6 Employer telephone/Email: Should I write my managers contact details?
4. 6.7 what id ur monthly income from employer: Should I put gross monthly income or in hand amount??
5. Anything to put in section 7?
