Settlement checking service for SET M

Post by askim » Tue Apr 08, 2014 8:16 pm

Does anyone know if there is a difference in processing times if you use this service? In theory as your application is checked, contains all relevant information, the HO don't have to send any documents back and everything is in the order the HO like. Then it must help speed it up? I know I'm clutching at straws but I need some hope that we get a decision soon!!

It doesn't speed the application up apart from ensuring the case worker shouldn't have to request further documents.

Usually a decision is made swiftly but can take up to 6 months. If you wanted a quick decision you should have applied at a PEO.
