Hi All,

I am an eea national and came to uk in Jan 2007. Although it is not required for eea nationals, I did apply for a permanent residence card and received the card back in 2012.

Now I am in the process of completing the form an application form and I am not sure if I still need to complete section 2.4 'EEA nationals exercising EC treaty rights' - as I already have a PR card. Is there anybody out there who can advice or have been in the same situation before?

Leave it blank. If you have a PR already u done need to provide info for this section
