ILR issue

Hi

I have a confusion, actually I got my tier 1 general for 2 years on 29 July 2010 but I came to UK on 14th Nov 2010. (108 days late)

In May 2012 I applied for extension but I recieved extension on 14 Sept 2012 for 3 years. (covered 46 days)

Now as per the rule, anyone who arrives more than 90 days after visa need to apply to extension twice but in my case that period is covered in my first extesion my UKBA itself.

I want to ask if I can apply for ILR in Sept 2015 or do I still need to apply for extension. please reply.

You can start applying 28 days before 14th November 2015.
