Citizenship Oath - Ceremony

Post by papu.sarkari » Wed Apr 09, 2014 9:55 am

Hi guys,

I got my citizenship approval on 19th march, dated 15th march. The letter asks to contact local council in 21 days to arrange for the ceremony.

Does that mean I need to finish the ceremony in 21 days. I am travelling up to 25 th april and then intend to do the private ceremony by 30 april.

Will this be ok?

It's simply asking you to make contact with your local council with 21 days to arrange a date for the ceremony.
