It talks about visitor visa but if you click into that section you can actually do it for settlement visas. Try it. My question to them was that can we pay the extra 300 on existing applications to expedite them.

Saf786- I contacted the new enquiry line but they were not able to answer that question. I asked them to speak to a senior but they still didn't know, they said the best thing to do is contact the visa application centre which the other half will do becos appArentky they won't giv you any info on the phone now since the new enquiry line. Like I said I mite b clutching at straws but defo worth finding out

Zeeh- if you look at that section it tells you to put in the ref no. Beginning with Gwf, other details etc and then you hav to pay the extra 300.00 by card, I know it is probably unlikely but I wanted to know if you could pay that extra 300.00 and expedite an application which has been already submitted. It probably won't work but worth asking

I want to get certificate of comparability from Naric for my mrs who wants to apply for settlement visa from Pakistan. She has done Msc from Pakistan. The problem is that she only received her Result Card from the university. She hasn't received her degree yet. Naric is willing to carry out the assessment but they are going to mention in the statement that the original certificate was not presented. I don't whether that would be acceptable by the BHC islamabad. Can somebody please shed light on this. thanks

yeah I am thinking as well too but there is one doubt in my mind because they said on the website if completion of 90 working days u can email us about status of visa application. so what u think should I mail or not?

brother I will suggest you ask her to pass B1 or ielts exam with minimum 4 bands score because may be they will create problem so better to take precaution.

First time I round I got disconnected, second time round, I have seen no information, neither has it given me hope.

That is pathetic looking at your web chat. Why not just say they dont know. Would have been better than making excuses. You would have been better emailing them atleast you would have saved on £8.00.

From what i can tell they are limited to offering updated visa application status's.

You should make a complaint and ask for your £4.00 back seen as they cut you off.

Any body no of any way apart from reapplying of getting more documents sent to them with a letter from my solicitor arguing how I shouldn't be on hold because I meet all requirements
