UK TIER 4 Refusal & Poland Student Visa I Need guide !!

Hello,

I kindly need help here, Please i am in worried.

I got refusal for Uk tier4 on 2013 and 2014 as due to stated as i wasn't a genuine student.

and then i got refusal for poland student visa on 2013 " stated as " didn't intended to stay "

but now i am currently doing my BTEC HND level 5. After completing i would be able to go to the university for a final Year.

The reason is that Will i be able to get UK Student Visa after completing my BTEC LEVEL 5 and after 2 refusal of uk n 1 refusal of poland?

Unlikely unless you can provide significant evidence to overcome the previous refusals.

Thanks for the reply first of all.

Now i am thinking of completeing BTEC HND Level 5 and apply for the university for the final year?
Would there be a problem?

Can i proof the reasons before as well. Due to my lack of preparation for the interview i faced this problem twice in UK n another is in Poland as " didn't intended to stay" that wasn't a fairly judge but oh well it is consular what we can say.

but please guide me more for my process in 2 years!
