Post by RaniG9 » Wed Mar 05, 2014 3:09 pm

Hi All,

My ILR visa is successfully approved and would like to share my experience.

This forum is very much helpful to gather all the required information regarding ILR settlement.

2. Online payment confirmation
3. SET O Form

17. Company HMRC PAYE/VAT/Corporation Tax payments receipts and summary

Dependant (Child) Documents:

Case worker advised to submit all documents including additional documentation and said they would return if any additional documenation is not required.

It is good to organize the documents in order and specify the index at the start of documentation to easily identify the required documenation.

Thanks,
Rani

Hi Rani,

Firstly congratualations..
2 quick questions..

1 - Where can we get self assessment tax return documents?
2 - My dependant wife does have a degree from a college in PBS calculator - however thatis for Tier 1 and is completly irrelavant - DO I need to take a printout of that?

Please advise..

1. HMRC self assessment returns would be normally submitted by company directors.
All company directors usually submit self assessment tax returns to HMRC at the end of financial year.
If you don't have self assessment returns you can submit P60's.

2. Dependants much show English language skills, PBS calculator print out is required for dependants.
