SET M or SET O?? for spouse

Post by dmukhtar » Thu Apr 10, 2014 5:15 pm

hello everyone
I am applying for settlement (ILR) and confused of which form I should use. when I applied for spouse visa my husband was already settled in UK holding the ILR, and now he has naturalised as well. which form should I use. I filled in SET M form but on the UK immigration website it says if spouse has settled before becoming a british citizen through work or points based immigration then I should use SET O!! i'm really confused and hope you can help out

Thanks a lot

Thank u so much amber :) my husband used to have a leave based on PBS but when we got married and when I first applied for spouse visa to come to UK he was already settled (ILR)! does this still confirm the SET(M) form?
many thanks :)

Yes, if you had spouse leave of ILR/British it's SET(M).
