GOT REFUSAL TODAY RIGHT OF APPEAL COMPLICATED

One sad news to share.

we applied as a team and our application was refused on the basis of following

1. No Credible source of funds ( Salary was less, how could you save £50 k by two people)
2. Educational qualification and less experience in the field that doesn't support the business can provide consultancy service.
3. Different answer given by team members regarding the service offered to the business. no credibility
4. Market reserach is copied from website and that is primiarily US Data.

got 10 days appeal time but it did not say anything about new application with in 28 days. they have retained the documents and given the removal order as well.


too much worried...any chance in appeal.

Hi,

At the moment you have no choice but to Appeal in 10 days. Don't panic & start working on your appeal making sure you don't delay in this. As far as docs are concern, they keep all the original docs including passport with them for refused applications.
Generally, they don't mention anything about new application in 28 days and removal order - don't panic as this is their normal format and you should not worry about it as long as you're given right of appeal and you appeal withing the time limit.

Sorry to hear that alextara,when the application is outstanding for more than six months obviously there must be something unconvincing. Still you have got appeal rights, do not waste your time, start preparing your documents.
