worried about 2 years or 3 years. plz plz help

Dear Members,

I am quite worried about my next extention

Please advise me if I will get a 2 or a 3 years extension based on the following facts

Tier 1 visa approved 01/12/2009
entered in UK 16/05/2010
left for overseas job 24/02/2011
returned UK 29/06/2012
previous extension obtained 27/01/2013
Next extension due on 27/01/2015.

If I will get only two years then I may not be able to complete my five years continuous period for ILR while if I will get three then I can. Please advise me if and how can I get three years extension. I will be thankful from core of my heart.

similiar situation!

I left for overseas for better jobs on my first grant T1 and came back for first extension. Now that there will be no T1 extension after April 2015 and that if I get 2 year extension, there will be 1 year shortfall for ILR. What to do?
