Please advise visa refused

Hi
My visa was refused because the bank statement for £50k in two accounts had different dates.

So the visa refused due to having no access to £50k on the same date.

I had given two bank statements one £25000 date ended 17th March and other £25000 19th March.

I did not know that the statement should have been on the same date.

Please advise, I have to appeal.

When did you apply this year or last year? Do you have investment funds in your own account? You should have submitted a statement where you have access to 50k on the same day. It's not a logical reason of refusal but they just funny excuses.

There is nothing kind of requirment like that.You must have access to £50,ooo beofre application that's it.

Case worker is right in the sense that you might have transfered same 25k in different accounts to show 50k in total. Sometime people do this trick. You can easily proof this in court. So it should be fine.

The funds are held in my own account. The homeOffice has made no other objection only tht dates dont Match.

Will the judge accept if i take updated bank statements with

so sorry to hear about your refusal ........ but i think if you can show both bank account statements starting and ending same date eg 01/03/2014 to 31/03/2014 and £25000 is maintained throughout that time than it can be easily defend in the court and it will be very easy to convince the judge too but if you have transferred the funds from one account to another and the due to date discrepancies the balance gone below the £25000 than its a worry and will be hard to answer.

Yes I can show that no funds where transferred from any account and had maintained the balance of £25000 in both accounts. I am going to order our bank statements now so that we have proof. In case the judge thinks that we transferred the amount from one to the other and then issued the bank statements.
