Post by kpk1234 » Thu Apr 10, 2014 9:48 pm

If you already claimed points for english language as part of previous Tier 1 application, do you have submit your qualification again or is it sufficient just tick the box where it states already submitted when you make your ILR application?

Just tick the box. But keep the qualification with you in case caseworker asks for it.

I dont think there is any box saying "Evidence already sent for English language requirement" on the Set O form. That option only exists for the qualification assessment and not the english language requirement.

That box is also present on the Tier 1 Extension form but not on the ILR form (unless I am completely missing something!).

Please check.
