Maintenance requirement for Tier 2 extension

Hi,

Could anyone confirm if you need to provide bank statements for 90 days showing £900 minimum balance even for Tier 2 extension applications??

Do they need bank statement at all - I thought the payslips were enough.

showing maintenance is not required for extension applications, if you have current T2 leave you will be automatically awarded 10 points when you apply for the extension

Hi,

I know its an old post, but does this rule still applies now? I am planning to extend my Tier 2 Visa and my wife's Tier 2 Dependent visa. I have not maintained sufficient balance. Can I still make an application without the bank statement? I am in the same job and same sponsorer. They have issued a new CoS and increased my salary to 'experienced' level. Thanks

I dont think this is required for extension applications.
If you go through the application form, you would notice that you are exempted
