How do I know which one I am? HSMP JR

The SET(O) form Section 3 asks which category I am applying in.
Section B includes:
- Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy document [a]
- Highly skilled migrant under the terms of the HSMP ILR judicial review policy document

I received my original HSMP visa in Jan 2006 so I am in scope of the judicial review (4 year ILR) and have extended under the HSMP requirements since. Am I in category [a] or above?
