Yes it would be really good if you all can elaborate on WHO and HOW was your employer contacted?

As I find in the VAF1 form in 6.4 it asks for employer number..and then fax and address...SO DID YOU GUYS GIVE THE BOARD NUMBER....oor iis it good to give the HR contact number...Please comment on this.

Also in the TYPE - HSMP form for INTEGRA it asks for Employer telephone number...again this should be the maiin board number...or HR's contact number...

Please throw some light on this....

Hi aj_sp_007,

Employer was contacted through Board Number and an Email will be sent directly to HR asking for several clarifications, thats what HR told me after a long hesitation.

Hi Achtung,

You have to provide Board Number that would be best since if you give any particular HR number , they will not call that number...I dont know why...Then they send a formal email with Questionare for the HR to fill up, in top companies they are not supposed to reveal it to anyone.

Question asked are of type:

Whether the Employee works in this company?
What is his designation?
What is his Employee ID?
What is his Salary?
So on and So fourth....................

No behavioural Questions Asked!!!

Thanks and Regards

4. 6.7 what id ur monthly income from employer: Should I put gross monthly income or in hand amount??
5. Anything to put in section 7?

Thanks Ritz123 for answering my queries.

One more doubt
In integra form also theres a column "Last Salary Drawn". SHould I put gross salary here or salary after tax(which actually goes to the bank). Confused here because donno If integra people check with the bank and try to tally the amount given here.

Also I would really appreciate if you please send me(personal msg) or post here the EC cover letter as I am going to apply in 2- days time.
Thanks in advance.

Put your gross salary here. INTEGRA does not check with the Banks.

Hi hsmp0804,

I would prefer for Integra u put both the Gross Salary( before Tax) and Gross Salary( After Tax).

Attach all the mandatory proofs for Integra Process

Hi Ritz123,push_hsmp,

Thanks for the replies. Today I applied my EC in Bangalore.
All went well as of now. Submitted all my documents.VFS ppl were very polite. The lady checked my application, validated all the docs and finally I paid the money and walked out with the ref number.

Now lets hope for the best and I'll wait for the decesion. ^_^

Just have a doubt...do VFS ppl or integra people cross check with the bank to verify the funds after I submit my EC application? Is it fine if I draw some money(may be 20-30k) for my expenses?

Thanks

@hsmp0804: wish u all the luck mate

I just have a couple of doubts...It will be good if you guys can clarify it.

VAF1 Form: Correspondence Address: Do we have to give ADDRESS PROOF...
Now for my HSMP I had given my friends address... now for EC do I put my Friends address or my address...does this address bear some importance..Kindly throw some light on this.

I am planning to show a bank balance of 4.5L
I am also planning to get a letter from a an uncle of mine(UK citizen) to fund me if need arises: and also a letter for accommodation..the supporting docs I am planning to provide are:
1) 6 months bank statement
2) 6 months payslip
3) P 60
4) House registration docs
5) Council tax Receipt
6) Utility Bills
Are these docs ok?

How do they contact the employer... do they visit personally or they call them and what do they ask them...

do integra people also contact income tax office... as it is difficult to get proper answers from tax official in india.

Please kindly reply..

Hi Hsmp0804,

Do not worry, if they check your bank account they will verify that on that day did u really have that much money, you can remove some amount of money but make sure you have enough balance left though :-)
