BRP Card not received during 7-10 working days?

Hi there,
I have got my Tier-1 Entrepreneur application approved in less than a month and got approval on 27/03/2014 with all documents in paid provided envelope but have not received biometric reseidence permit (BRP) yet.

My Timelines were:
Sent Application: 03/March/2014
Application Received: 04/March/2014
Biometric Letter: 11/March/2014.
Acknowledgement Letter: 05/March/2014.
Application : 27/March/2014 in given paid special delivery envelope.

No delivery has been made to home address and no information card has been left to re-book delivery.

Do u guys have any idea,,, why there are delays... Thanks

What I have read from the forums that people are receiving BRP and Documents one after each other either same week or next week . See till next week if not then give HO call and ask for delivery tracking number if possible . Wait for other member input as well .

I sent them following general documents:
CV
Business Plan
1 Contract (Company)
Advertisement (Website, Flyer, Business Cards, Gumtree, 192, scoot etc)
Overseas Investment Funds in Personal Account
3 Months Maintenance Fund Statement
Insurance (Public Liability + Employee Liability)
Company Registration (Incoporation cert + shareholder certificate)
Company House Report
HMRC Welcome Letter and current appointment letter
Business Bank Account Welcome Letter
Degree

I emailed them after 10 working days and finally, got BRP card after 18 days... Thanks for your information

When did you have biometrics?
I would like to know how long did it take to get your viva after biometrics.
