English Langague Requirement + Form AN

Dear Member,

I will be apply for citizenship early next week. I have spent 2 years HSMP + 3 years on Tier 1 (General) + 1 year on ILR.

To fulfill the English Language Requirement I was planning to submit a PBS Print out + Degree Certificate (Australian) + Transcript.

If have two questions in this regard:
1. What option should I select in the English Language Section of Form AN?

2. I also have a letter from the University Confirming the Medium of Instruction was English. Should I submit this letter as well?

3. In 1999 when I went for my under graduate Studies I gave IELTS Academic Exam in which I had a score of 7 Bands. Shall I submit that too.

Please be kind enough to advice on this.
