Salary Slip until March-2014 - Please HELP !!!

Post by praveersrivastava » Sun Apr 13, 2014 11:02 pm

Hello

I have to make application in the first week of May, 2014 but I am not sure if I can show salary slip until March-2014. I am still employed but if I do not show April-2014 salary slip, would it be considered a reason for refusal. FYI - I have salary slip for 12 months consecutive period (from April-2013 to March-2014) and I fulfill all the requirements of points based system as I have been on Tier-1 General for past 5 years.

Also, do I need to have all 5 years P60 ?

Please let me know the answer ASAP.

Thanks,
Praves

You can show any 12 consecutive months out of 15 months so even if you show until feb-mar-14 you will be fine. There is no such must condition to be in employment at the time of ILR application.

Re p60 if you missing any call HMRC and get employment history, even this is optional.

My understanding is; If you are applying via Tier 2 route, you have to show 'most recent paslip' and 'most recent bank statment'.

For Tier 1 General applicaiton, you have to submit 12 salary slips and 12 bank statements to verify the earnings for ANY 12 consecutive months out of 15.

The guidence notes only include Tier 2 requirement but Tier 1 requirement is mentioned on Set (O) form.

I was confused when i came accross this.

Can someone kindly advise to clear this confusion?

For Tier 1 it's fine. For Tier 2 it's not.
If you are applying under Tier 2 you'll have to show your latest salary slip and bank statement.

You don't have to submit 12 months salary slips / bank statements. If your salary for 1 month gives you enough points for your application, then 1 salary slip will suffice.
