Validity of my dpenedent visa when main gets ILR

Note: I am re-posting the below thread as i posted this initially in the wrong place.

Any senior members can you please clarify this for me please!!!

I got my ILR last week (10/4/14 from Tier-1), didn't apply for my wife as she hasn't completed her
English exams, she and my daughter have valid tier-1 dependent visa
till end July 2014.

is this visa valid or should I switch it to different category (FLR) or
can I apply on SET(o) in July 2014
i am getting mix answers in the web

Don't worry it's remain valid till it validity date but do apply before expiry .
