I have received ILR last week through long residency, I have applied for my wife FLR M 10 days ago, I have got 2 kids one born in UK, one born In Pakistan,

Can I claim benefits such as CB,CTC,WTC while my wife application is under process???

Can I claim child benefit of both kids??? or only the kid who born here in uk??
Can i claim CB for my daughter who born in Pakistan,

Yes, ChB in your name for all children and tax credits in joint names again, for all children.

Housing Benefit is somewhat tricky where one of a couple is subject to immigration control. Which Country is your spouse native?

In such case, you would have to ensure that any award of HB or CTR did not include an amount for your spouse. I.e. the applicable amount was based on a lone parent/single applicant.

I would recommend you not to apply for housing benefit as yet, wait for your wife's FLR(M), go for SET(M) at PEO, get it sorted in 1 day...bingo....then you are free to do it....
But please do update us, when your wife's FLR(M) is approved. Thanks

if you get housing benefit your wife might have problems when she applies for indefinite leave to remain
