Tier 2 and NHS HC1 Help

Hi All,

I am on a Tier 2 General Visa (employer sponsored). My partner is also in the UK on a Tier 2 Dependant visa. We were told by the dentist that we could apply for the NHS low income support (HC1)since her income is only £300-400 per month even though I get about £1600 per month.

I would like to ask if this would affect my visa when I have to renew as it clearly says on my visa "no recourse to public funds"

The Department for Health has its own rules on whether people who are not ordinarily
resident in the UK can receive free NHS treatment. NHS treatment does not count as public
funds for the purposes of the Immigration Rules whether it is paid or unpaid.
