Urgently need to travel but Appel is under process

My friend is facing bad situation
He applied Ent Visa but refused and he got right of Appeal.
Now Appeal is in process but urgently need to go to his home country. Is there any option available for him to go to his country and come back during pendancy of appeal
Plz reply as soon as possible Seniors r who face r observed such a situation

unfortunately Its almost impossible to get a travel document in this situation. But you guys can try depends on the emergency situation occurred in back home.

Its impossible to come back without a valid visa.

He can withdraw his application and go back and apply visa from his home country. This is the only option

If you depart the country while your appeal is pending it will be treated as WITHDRAWN..So right now your only option is to see it through or abandon the appeal.
