what do you mean by Pm? do you actually mean PR?

if she obtained her ROR in 2013 and she is intending to apply for PR ( providing total residence is 5 yrs altogether), she needs to provide proof of employment up to the date or closer when she applies for PR.
UKBA might still ask for some evidence from her ex during the time she was married though ( do not ask why but it happens even for ROR holders).

Senior members can provide more details i suppose!

During that 4 months gap what EU national was doing??
I.e,Job seeker or self sufficient.
If non of above then it's difficult to prove 5 years qualified residency in the UK.(before divorce and non EEA national after divorce).
So if you are unable to prove that gap as a qualified person then your qualifying time starts from the end of that 4 months gap.

If EEA national was out of the country for four months then this is not called gap in treaty rights.
Gap in treaty right means that the EEA national is present in the uk and not exercising treaty rights.

Thanks for your reply

But if she want to aply for PR in ee4

That his ex eea is out of country for

With those payslip because you know
Ukba they always look for loo poll
To refuse application pls

Or I should just tell her that she should not
Just worry about that gap and just cove it

EEA4 Application

Post by rance » Tue May 27, 2014 4:14 pm

Hi am new on this forum and have got a very confused application to make and would like for someone out there to give me guidance and tips in making this application.
* Am a family member of an EEA national holding an EEA2. my father is the EEA national
* came in the country march 2009 and applied and got my resident card may 2009.
* stop living with my dad and being dependent on him from 2011
*i have been to college 2009 t0 2010 and been working since 2011 to present
*my dad is still in this country and has been working ..
So my question is, since i have not been living with my dad for a long time now does that means that i have validate my right to leave and also how complicated my application is going to be that's if there will be any?
As far as am concern, i can provide document of me livng and working for this period of time and that of my dad too
