Visa online application - Confusion within Family details se

Hi All,

I am filling in Online visa application and need help within Family Details section, The top heading of this form
is Spouse/Partner and underneath there are questions it ask about Passport number, Name details and so.
It is bit confusing as if notes next to question are read it seems like asking for applicant detail whereby
most of them are already provided within Passport and Personal detail section.

Can anyone let me know what should sort of information should be given within this section.

This should be the applicants spouse's information if they have one.

The whole section is to do with family starting with spouse then parents
