Restricted CoS Tier 2 April 2014 Notification of results

Hi everyone,

I would just like to know that has anyone got restricted CoS for the month of April 2014. The UK V&I website hasn't yet notified the results for the month of April 2014. If anyone has got their RCoS kindly please comment. Your replies are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Mine was applied for (by the company) at the beginning of the month. UK V&I are expected to provide a result by the 12th of the Month if the application has been made before the 5th of the month. I received my result on the 14th of April (as 12th was a Saturday). I checked with my HR for the result.

Many thanks for the information. I'm now a little bit confused based on what you just said. I'm assuming based on the info which you provided just now implies that there were two allocation dates for the month of April 2014.

For those applications received between 5th of March - 6th of April were already allocated on 14th April. And then the rest applied between 6th -16th April 2014 might be allocated on 17th April meeting because of the new immigration rule changes amended from 6th April 2014.

There is no such information stating 2 different allocation dates in the UK V&I website for this month. Based on my guess and the information provided in the website, there is only one allocation date (Which was 17th April 2014) for restricted CoS applications received between 5th March -16th April 2014.

Like wise UKTier2applicant, if anyone has got their Restricted CoS on 14th April, please share your information. I guess the only way you got your CoS before the allocation date for April 2014 might be because of an exceptional consideration request to UK V&I by your HR.

If anyone could throw some light clarifying this confusion both from their perspective and experience, it would be of great help for me.

Received news late yesterday afternoon that my employer was successful in receiving their Restricted COS. Hopefully you should start to receive word soon - I'd ask your employer to follow up if you haven't received word after 5 working days after the allocation date. Best of luck with everything!
