Tier 2 ICT (Dependent Visa) to Tier 2 General Switch

I am currently working as a permanent employee on Tier 2 (ICT) dependent visa. My wife was first granted Tier 2 ICT visa before April 2010.

Is it possible for me to switch from Tier 2 (ICT) dependent visa to Tier 2 General?

If yes is it possible to do it in country ?

you have to apply for T2G entry clearance from home country with a restricted CoS

I am currently working as a permanent employee (on tier 2 dependent visa), for my company to sponsor me restricted cos for continuing the same occupation at the same level they would be exempt from conducting RLMT. Please confirm.

your present job working as a PBS dependant has no bearing on your application for T2G entry clearance. You will need a restricted CoS and meet all the T2G requirements
