ILR Eligibility - Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

I have question related to switching. I have entered UK on Tier 2 ICT visa in Jan 2010 I am planning to switch to Tier 2 General visa.

1. Will my time spent in Tier 2 ICT counted for my ILR in Dec 2014 if I change to Tier 2 general ?
2. Tier 2 General will be afresh for ILR?

In addition to above details , after getting 1st ICT visa in Jan 2010, my VISA is renewed twice . Once in Jan 2011 and after that Dec 2013 .

Could you please reply to above query ? Will I be eligible for ILR in Dec 2014 if I change to Tier 2 General visa now ?
