Urgent Help Needed 4 Refusal Case! Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa

My Tier 1 Entrepreneur Application has just been refused and the reason stated by the case worker is that I submitted a Bank statement with the £50k in it instead of a personal account!

The case officer further went on to say i have failed the requirements of table 4 (c) which is for Graduate Entrepreneur while i applied as a PSW candidate Table 4 (d)! see below summary please;

"As evidence of having access to £50k in have provided an account which is in the name of (My company). This evidence is inappropriate as it fails to meet the requirements in paragraph 41-SD (c) (ii) (4)...... As you have not submitted suitable evidence you have failed to meet the requirements of Table 4 (c) (iii) of Appendix A"

Has anyone on here had that problem??

I need advise please and would appreciate any opinion on suggestion shared to solve this!

50k should be in ur personal account not in your company account

Yes qasar is rite 50k should be in your personal account.

money in a business account needs being backed up by the source, if you were the source you should have provided the Director's Loan agreement between you and your company. or if you provided one may not have met their expectations in view of its contents that they wanted to see mentioned in it

Many thanks for contributing, but from the immigration rules itself the below is clearly stated:

245D refer to money available to the applicant

‘Available’ means that the funds are:

(1) in the applicant’s own possession,
(2) in the financial accounts of a UK incorporated business
of which he is the director, or
(3) available from the third party or parties named in the
application under the terms of the declaration(s) referred
to in paragraph 41-SD(b) of Appendix A.

Please Guys Explain??? and the Decision was judged in the wrong category as i applied as a PSW Candidate and not as a Graduate Entrepreneur migrant?
