Hello Amber

I got refusal for my TIER 2 visa,

But ,I have scored 70 points and the reason for refusal they gave me
--Post-Graduate Diploma in hospitality in hospitality (Level-7) is not accepted either as bachelor/masters.
but i scored 70 points.
i did send the UK naric letter which says my Indian Bachelor from is Equivalent to UK Bachelor Degree
and they gave me 10 points for education as well. Now someone please suggest what should i do ...

But a PGD is not a degree. Do you have a Bachelors degree?

i have done my bachelor degree from india.
which is approved by UK naric and they gave me 10 points for study as well.

You should apply with you Bsc degree and you should be fine i guess, goodluck mate

Assuming you are trying to switch from tier 4 to tier 2?
Only a UK degree gained in the UK allows you to do this. Hence your refusal as you do not hold a UK degree.
