PBS Dependent Application dilemma

Post by Bnod009 » Mon Apr 28, 2014 4:43 pm

Hi all,

I am due to apply for ILR from Tier 1 G, this August. My wife is on PBS Dependent visa, expiring on same date as mine.

On what date would you suggest to apply her PBS Dependent extension? Same date as my ILR application or few days after that?

If it is on same date as the ILR application, is one slot of appointment booking is enough or does it have to be 2 separate bookings?

Thanks

Long way to go for ILR eligibility. Granted Entry clearance and came to the UK last year only.

Then apply for her PBS dep extension by post, before current leave expires and save some money. Assuming there are no immediate travel plans.

Thank you.

I presume there is no time limit for PBS Dependent Extension application, as long as it is done before the current leave expires.
